One form takes contact details, three ranges and consent. Purpose, quotes and statements come later, when a call or a funding partner asks for them.
Business Loan Documents Required: Walk-In Coolers and New Dining-Room Seating
The form takes no documents. Papers come into play after it, when a funding partner reviews the request, and which ones that partner wants is its own decision. For a restaurant replacing two walk-in coolers and its dining-room booths and tables, the list a partner can ask for looks like this:
- The refrigeration vendor's quote for the coolers, with model, capacity and installation
- The furniture vendor's written price for the dining room: booths, tables, chairs and a host stand
- Recent business bank statements showing card deposits and cash deposits
- The restaurant's last filed tax return, plus its income and expense figures from January to date
- The lease, if the restaurant rents its space
- Every loan, lease or advance the restaurant already pays on, with each monthly amount
- The owner's photo ID
The coolers are equipment, and the booths, tables and chairs are furnishings. New flooring or lighting, moving walls, adding space or changing the building itself is property work, and this site does not arrange funding for it.
What Does It Take to Get a Business Loan? Start With a Shop Purchase
No one list of requirements fits every funding partner; each sets its own. A purchase shows what a partner can weigh: an owner buying an existing flower shop, with its coolers, delivery van, inventory, name and phone number, but not the building. A partner can ask about:
- The purchase agreement or signed letter of intent, with the sale price and the assets included
- The flower shop's past tax returns and the seller's own profit and loss records
- The buyer's own background in running a shop, or who will manage it
- The buyer's own cash going into the price, and where it sits today
- The buyer's credit, which a partner may check during its review
- A lease, or an assignment of the seller's lease, for the space
If a deal includes the building, that part is a property purchase this site leaves out; the business, its equipment and its stock can still be the subject of a request. The term loans page works through buying an existing c-store or repair shop.
What Is a Term Sheet for a Business Loan Application? An Example With Shelving
A term sheet is a written summary of the terms a funding partner proposes before the final loan documents are drawn up. It lets an owner compare offers line by line. It is not the loan agreement itself, and the sheet says which of its parts, if any, bind either side.
Illustration only, invented figures: a hardware store prices new gondola shelving and endcaps at $14,500. A term sheet for that purchase might read:
- Amount: $14,500
- Term: 24 months
- Rate (annual %): 10.5%
- Monthly payment: $672.45
- Total of the 24 payments: $16,138.80, of which $1,638.80 is interest
- Collateral: the shelving and endcaps
- Condition before the money is released: the installer's invoice
Two checks are worth making on any real sheet: whether the payment and the total match the rate and the term, and what happens if the business pays the balance off early. The partner's offer, not this example, sets every figure.
Before You Press Send: Statements a North Platte, NE Chiropractor or Therapist Can Have Ready
Nothing goes through the form but contact details and ranges. A clinic that gathers its papers before pressing send has them ready when a partner asks:
- Several months of the practice's bank statements, where insurance deposits and patient copays both show
- Insurance remittance or payment summaries, which show how long claims take to pay
- An accounts receivable aging report from the practice-management software
- The latest business tax return
- Vendor quotes for any table, imaging unit or software being bought
- The office lease
Practices without staff belong in this picture too. Nonemployer Statistics counted 49 offices of other health practitioners with no paid employees in Lincoln County, NE in 2024 (NAICS 6213, the group that includes chiropractors and therapists), and a solo practitioner can have the same statements ready as a larger clinic.
After you press send:
- The form reaches Pineline Credit.
- By phone, the purchase itself gets talked through: what it is, what it costs and when the money is needed.
- The request goes to funding partners.
- A partner reviews it and can ask for the papers listed above.
- An offer, if one comes, is the partner's, and saying yes or no is the owner's call.
The how-it-works page walks through each step with examples, and the funding questions page covers loan terms, amortization and merchant cash advances.
